During the San Marino GP, Nicky spent some time at the Borgo Panigale factory which is about 100 km away couldn't help but tease the upcoming 2012 Ducati Streetfighter 848.
The 848 version of the Ducati Street Fighter was 'spied' while testing in the wild and this time Nicky revealed on his twitter with the title "Coming soon... #ducati #droppingonmonday" which we can presume that Ducati will take the wraps off on next Monday.
The Ducati Streetfighter 848 is expected to carry the same spec equipment as the Superbike 848 do, as the new Streetfighter 1198 will be in the same movie on this one with the Superbike 1198 – electronics, suspension etc. Though, we don't know yet if the 1198 Streetfighter will be unveiled in same Monday or they will go for it later on EICMA where the Superbike 1199 will also be launched.

Nicky Hayden and Stefano Rosso worked together for a nice comercial regarding Monster Diesel. Despite his problems with the hand after Indy, Ducati managed to use their good looking poser boy into a new video spot for their July released Diesel version of Ducati Monster. Alongside Nicky the other character is Stefano the son of Diesel founder and owner Renzo.
